Where we start
Most artists start posting and hope the algorithm sorts it out. We do it the other way round.
Before a single piece of content goes out or gets marketed, we put down the layer underneath it: who you are as an artist, and a business set up to actually collect the money your videos and your music generate. Posting without that layer means growth you can't convert and royalties you never see. Posting with it means every video and every song is building something you own — and getting paid becomes a system, not an accident.
That order is deliberate, and it is the whole reason this works.

When The Foundation Is Down
What unlocks after.
We touched on this on the call, and it's worth having on paper. Once your foundation is finished, two tiers unlock. Tier Two is the Growth Engine — pillar content built directly off your brand identity, a posting schedule that compounds, outreach, and analysis of your data so every week gets sharper than the last. Tier Three is the Revenue Engine — sync deals, brand deals, gigging, and a full outreach system, where the catalogue starts closing deals whether you're in the room or not.
They're sequenced like this on purpose. The return on what you've just locked in shows up when the layers above it go live — and neither of them works without the one you're starting now. Content with no identity underneath it is just noise, and growth with no business underneath it is money left on the table.
